• Information about distribution campaigns will be communicated via an information leaflet that has replaced the voucher and is of an informative nature only. It will be distributed state-wide to all letter boxes of businesses and households within the territory of the Slovak Republic except for those businesses and households that reject advertising materials.

General information

Slovak Telekom, a.s. according to the decision of the Telecommunications Office of the Slovak Republic became from 01.01.2007 a provider of the universal service: - distribution of telephone directories – providing an information service on phone numbers. The service will be ensured according to the new law on electronic communications. MEDIATEL, s.r.o. is the contracting publisher of the telephone directories for Slovak Telekom.
Participants of all operators providing publically available telephone services can require the telephone directory. Every participant will receive free of charge the relevant telephone directory, which belongs to the Primary area (area code) in which the phone station is located or where he has a permanent or temporary residence, seat or subsidiary – company operation.
Natural persons (households) will know about the upcoming distribution from an information leaflet, which will be delivered to their letter boxes at the beginning of the distribution. The directory can be collected during the distribution at the nearest post office or another distribution place in the location of the permanent or temporary address (where they live, work in the long term). When collecting the directory no ID card has to be presented.
The directories will be delivered to companies and legal entities at the address of seat, subsidiary or operation.
